David, Nicholas and Geoff went off on a trial safari in October 2008 to the Northern Cape, South Africa and then into Namibia to the Fish River Canyon. The main purpose of the trip was firstly to test the capabilities of Madala, our 1st Toyota Land Cruiser GX 80 and secondly to get to know each better in a bush and extreme wilderness environment.
